Athletes will be placed in a starting order based on previous results in aidaranked competitions.

There will be three heats:
- Quarterfinals with 8 participants starting simultaneously.
- Semifinal with four athletes.
- A final with three athletes who will among themselves determine Gold, Silver and Bronze. In the final the two best will be joined by the athlete with the best time from quarter or semifinal.

Only 20 minutes rest inbetween the heats.

Timing will start at TOP. Athletes starting after top+10 seconds will be disqualified. Aidarules apply.

Semi and final will be Aida ranking status.
